Shipping time will vary depending on your location. For electric and solar water heaters, standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days to deliver.

For Harvia sauna and wellness products, please see Section 5, as delivery timelines work differently for these items.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all electric water heaters across India. Solar water heaters may incur a shipping charge to certain locations, depending on distance and accessibility.

5. Large & Sauna Items

Due to their size, customisation, and installation requirements, Harvia sauna cabins, heat pumps, and other large installations are shipped and delivered separately from standard water heaters. Delivery for these products typically takes a minimum of 15 weeks, though this can vary depending on product customisation, availability, and your location. Our team will contact you directly to coordinate delivery and installation scheduling.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide order tracking details via email.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
