2. Eligibility & Account Use

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on our website. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, CCAvenue. Prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

5. Warranty

Cascade provides a 5-year warranty on the tank and 2-year warranty on electrical parts for electric water heaters, and a 5-year warranty on the inner tank and 1-year warranty on other parts (excluding glass) for solar water heaters. If the Product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the Product. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable.

6. Warranty Claim

It is essential to have the product bill, product serial number, or the warranty card delivered to you at the time of purchase to claim your warranty. Otherwise, service charges may apply. Please refer to our FAQs to check applicable service charges.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our website.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Product, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of these intellectual property rights without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cascade Energy Innovations Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or Products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Product.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Product after the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Product and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
