Welcome to the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for our water heaters. By accessing or using our Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Warranty:  Cascade provides 5 years warranty on tank & 2 years on electrical parts for electric water heaters, and 5 Years on inner tank, 1 Year on other parts excluding glass for solar water heaters. If the Product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the Product. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable.

Warranty Claim: It is essential to have the product bill, or product serial number, or the warranty card that was delivered to you at the time of purchase to claim your warranty. Otherwise, our service charges maybe applicable. Please refer to FAQs to check the service charges.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the Product, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of these intellectual property rights without our prior written consent.

Changes to the Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Product after the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Product and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
